THE PATH TO COMPLIANCE — AND HOW WE WALK IT WITH YOU
We reach out and schedule a visit. A quick email (or call, if you authorized it) to set an on-site appointment.
We scope your project. Your building, your case file in the public records, and exactly what the city is asking for.
Inspection proposal. A clear quote for the structural & electrical inspection and deficiency report, performed by our affiliated Florida-registered professional engineers.
We stand with you at the city. Once the process is underway, we help document your progress before the Building Department and request additional time or fine relief where available (those decisions rest with the city — but showing real progress is your strongest card).
Inspection & report. If no deficiencies are found: we submit the report and your building is recertified. Case closed.
If repairs are needed: we prepare the engineering plans for permitting and a detailed repair estimate — concrete restoration is our specialty.
Permitting. Once you approve, we submit the plans and manage the permit process with the city.
Repairs & inspections. We execute the work — spalling, rebar, balconies, walkways, parking structures — with city inspections at every required stage.
Final report & recertification. The engineer signs off, we submit, the city closes the case. Problem solved.
